The GraFOx network is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to support our activities and provide ongoing executive support to the GraFOx speaker and scientific coordinator.
The successful candidate will have a university qualification or professional training and work experience as an executive assistant, project manager, event manager, or similar. A background in science is a plus but not necessary. What’s more important is to have very good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, fluency in German, and the ability to work in English.
Responsibilities include: acting as the central point of contact between all internal and external stakeholders, organizing regular community meetings and seminars, and planning and coordinating the network’s scientific conference taking place in Berlin in 2024.
This exciting position is available immediately for an initial two-year period, with an excellent chance of becoming permanent. Salary and benefits are according to the Treaty for German public service (TVöD Bund) of level 8 or comparable, based on work experience and special professional skills.
