Oral Presentation
- Keynote Lecture: total 35 minutes total, plus 10 minutes Q&A
- Invited: 20 minutes, pus 5 minutes for Q&A
- Contributed: 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for Q&A
All presenters will be utilizing standard audio-visual equipment including a projection system, a laptop, a laser pointer, and a microphone that will be provided for them in the lecture hall. Presentation slides should preferably be prepared in Windows compatible PowerPoint format or Adobe PDF format. Speakers are advised to bring their presentations ready on a USB drive and upload the file to the laptop before their session, preferably during a break.
Poster Session
- Presentation time: 120 minutes
The committee provides poster panels in the sizes of standard A0: W 841 x H 1189 mm in portrait orientation. The boards will have an identification number, the presenters each will be assigned a board and will be requested to set up their posters and to stay next to their panels during the session to be available for discourse. The posters can be removed at the end of the session.
