Abstract Guidelines
Authors are requested to prepare a 2-page abstract in English as a single PDF file. The abstract should consist of one page text and one page figures and tables. The final deadline of the submission is Friday, 17th of December, 2023, the 2-page PDF abstract files can be uploaded below or sent via email to iwgo2024@pdi-berlin.de by this date. Authors are to use the template available for download with all requirements included for their abstract, ensuring that their writing conforms to our guidelines.
Notification that your abstract has been submitted will follow by e-mail shortly after submission.
Abstracts containing new and preferably unpublished technical data related to the workshop topics are acceptable for presentation.
Late news papers will not be eligible for the Paper Award.
A limited number of Young Researcher Paper Awards will be granted to students* for outstanding presentations (oral or poster). Papers are judged on both scientific content as well as the quality of presentation at the conference. Only students* are eligible for this award.
*Author needs to produce a proof such as student ID or similar, of being a student (BSc, MSc or PhD) at time of the conference.
